The homepage always tells you exactly what’s currently on sale at Endless. The website is very well organized but at first I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of footwear for sale. Fortunately, it’s easy to filter exactly what you want to appear in the search results.
One small complaint is that the Price slider, which allows you to select a price range for search results, is somewhat unwieldy. Normally, I don’t spend more than $100 on a pair of shoes, but it’s a bit difficult to move the slider to this exact number. It would be easier to use a text input field instead of the slider.
Excellent!! There is almost nothing to complain about regarding my Endless.com shopping experience. Items were easy to find, descriptions had tons of information regarding sizing and fit, and there are usually plenty of reviews.
However the best part about shopping at Endless is definitely the shipping and returns. Many times, Endless offers free overnight or 2-day shipping. That’s right, FREE! I don’t know about you, but paying shipping for shoes is painful for me. I have disgruntled feet and most shoes just don’t work for me. It’s nice to know that I won’t be blowing $10 on shipping, only to try a pair of shoes on and be disappointed when they don’t fit. Endless has easy pre-paid returns – just log into your account and select the items you wish to return, print the label and send them back via UPS. It doesn’t get much better than that!
Also, Endless.com is linked to your Amazon.com account, so Amazon gift certificates can be used at Endless as well! Score!
Customer Service Experience:
Very good – although you might not ever need to contact them!
A++ – all other online retailers should follow the Endless.com model – it is one of my absolute favorite retailers. If a price slider is the only complaint, I consider the website a roaring success.
I am not in any way affiliated with Endless.com and all opinions are my own.
