As you probably know, I am a daily-deal-aholic. Every day when I wake up, I run to my phone (partially because it’s my alarm) and immediately check to see what fabulous offers Groupon, LivingSocial, and BuyWithMe have for me today. If something good catches my eye, I snag it. I have purchased everything from hair salon appointments and massages to framing services and cake delivery.

However, the euphoria sometimes clouds my judgment and causes me to purchase without thinking. Maybe the business is a place I frequent and love, but the fine print says that the deal is for new members only (I’ve done this a few times!). Maybe the valid dates are while I’m out of town. Maybe I forgot about a deal I purchased a few months ago and it’s about to expire. What to do??

Enter DealsGoRound.

DealsGoRound

… And just what *is* DealsGoRound? I’m glad you asked.

DealsGoRound is a place where you can buy and sell your daily deal vouchers. Just upload your vouchers from the various deal sites into your personal “deal wallet,” which keeps you informed of what you’ve bought and what’s about to expire. If for any reason you can’t use the deal (or want to try to recoup the money), just go into your deal wallet and select Sell Deal(s). This automatically creates a listing in the For Sale section of the website, where other members can buy. Everything is linked to PayPal, so it’s quick and easy and relatively painless. You might not find a buyer, but it’s worth a shot!

Or (and this has definitely happened to me!) let’s say you were away from the computer for a day or two, and you see that you missed a perfect deal.  You can search DealsGoRound to see if anyone is trying to offload theirs, or just click Want to let people know what you’re looking for.

I think it’s a great idea, personally!

These deal sites are currently supported by DealsGoRound:
Groupon
Living Social
YouSwoop
Buy With Me
Eversave

  1. Hi Erin,

From one dealaholic to another, thanks for the shout out! I want to let you know that we actually added several new providers to the Deal Wallet this week. Whoop whoop! All your kgbdeals, TravelZoo, Bloomspot and Tippr deals can now be automatically imported into your Deal Wallet with the click of a mouse. Users can still sell deals from providers not on this list, but we can’t import all the information automatically for them. Thanks again and have a great evening!

    Regards,
